Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026 · Kommit is operated by Aimgonna.
By using Kommit you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What Kommit is
Kommit is a two-sided affiliate platform. Builders list their app and set a commission; promoters share a referral link, and earn a share of the sales they refer. Payments run through Stripe — Kommit tracks referrals and helps settle commissions.
Your account
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and personal API key secret. Anyone with your API key can act as you.
For promoters
Promoting is free. You earn the commission rate set by each program. Commissions are held for a refund window (30 days by default, set per program) and then paid to your connected Stripe account. Refunded, fraudulent, or self-referred sales do not pay out.
For builders
You keep your own Stripe account and set your own commission terms. You're responsible for your product and for honoring the commissions you advertise on Kommit. Directory listing may carry a monthly fee (see the home page for current pricing).
Acceptable use
No fraud, fake reviews, bought or bot traffic, spam, or misleading promotion. Promote apps you've actually used. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules or abuse the service.
Payments
Payments and payouts are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms. Kommit is not a bank and does not hold your funds beyond what's needed to route a commission.
Service “as is”
Kommit is provided as-is, without warranties, during beta. We may change, pause, or discontinue features, and we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages to the extent allowed by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
